Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled film, having remarkably improved characteristics of secondary batteries, by forming a thin film or providing a porous film and increasing specific surface area in molding the film using an electrically conductive polyaniline based polymer containing a doping agent. CONSTITUTION:An electrically conductive polyaniline based polymer obtained by electrolytic polymerization is finely divided and homogenized to provide 0.1-10mum particle diameter and form a homogeneous mixed dispersion, which is then molded into a film having 15-100mum film thickness by a casting molding method. As an alternative method, the electrically conductive polyaniline based polymer is used in excess to afford a slurry homogeneous mixed dispersion, which is subsequently molded into the shape of a porous film by the casting molding method. Alternatively, the electrically conductive polyaniline based polymer and a soluble high polymer or water-soluble salts are converted into a homogeneous mixed dispersed solution, which is then molded into the shape of a film by the casting molding method. The above-mentioned high polymer or salts are subsequently eluted to provide the porous film.
