When the lid 7 is closed, the switch 6 is turned off stopping the fan motor 5. In this case, since the lid 7 is held in its rotated position by the action between an elastic projection 11 and grooves 10, the power can be made larger as the light receiving face of the solar battery 8 is set so as to be straightly opposite to the incident direction of the sun's rays. By this structure, the forced ventilation during parking can be carried out without need for use of a storage battery.
