Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely detect the opening and closing of injection operation of paint by outputting the electric signal by an pneumatic electric relay, etc., through a valve means disposed near the needle opening and closing the injection aperture of pressurized paint according to the reciprocating movement of the needle. CONSTITUTION:When air is sent from an air compressor to a piston chamber 2d through an air supply pipe 8, the injection aperture 2a is opened and paint is injected. At the same time, as the button 13 of the mechanical valve 10 is pushed backward by the rear end of the needle 3, air from an air supply pipe 19 is sent to a pneumatic-electric relay 22 and the relay is operated to make the signal of a signal line 24 on. When the compressed air is not supplied to the piston chamber 2d, the injection aperture 2a is closed and the paint is not injected, and, at the same time, the signal of the signal line 24 is made off. When the supply of compressed air is stopped and still, the injection aperture is not closed, the on-signal of the signal line 24 shows 'out of order'.
