Abstract
PURPOSE:At the time of injection stoppage of grinding material, even after sand valve is closed, air valve is opened for certain time in such a way that compressed air blows out all grinding material in the blast hose and after that blows the ground surface by air for effective removal of fine grinding powder stuck. CONSTITUTION:When stopped the pushing of a push button 16, a remote control hose 12 is directed to the atmosphere and a remote control air valve 13 ascends by the force of a spring 21 and an air pipe 20 is directed to the atmosphere. For this reason, a sand valve 18 closes and supply of a grinding material 5 to a sand exector 27 is stopped immediately, but an air valve 19 remains opened during certain time and feeds air to an air pipe 38, the sand exector 27 and a blast hose 45. By doing so, even after closing of the sand valve 18, the grinding material inside the blast hose 45 is discharged and compressed air cleans ground surface more effectively for complete removal of fine powder stuck. After passing certain time, the air valve 12 closes and then injection of compressed air stops.
