Abstract
PURPOSE:To surely feed paper sheets even in folded and bent conditions between vanes by enlarging paper sheet receiving spaces formed by vanes of a vane wheel and still providing a forced feed means forcing to feed paper sheets between vanes. CONSTITUTION:A rotary elastic brush 12 of a forced means is fixed to a shaft 2, of a carrying pulley 2A provided near a vane wheel 6, in a position facing to the outer periphery of vanes 7. The rotary elastic brush 12 is provided so as to enter to inner vanes and the periphery speed of the same is established to be larger than the periphery speed of the carrying pulley 2A and the periphery speed of the bane 7. When paper sheets 4 are fed between the vanes 7, top ends of the vanes 7 are kicked up by the elastic brush 12 at a part situated inside the vanes 7 to be deformed for enlarging intervals between the vanes. Still, the elastic brush 12 is admitted to the inside of the vanes 7 therefore paper sheets 4, even in folded and bent condition, is surely displaced inwards and pushed into between the vanes 7.
