Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a multi-layer vessel which has a thickness ratio in accordance with a preset thickness ratio and also a thickness distribution of each resin layer is uniform, by a method wherein a multi-layer and multiple molten resin rich part is formed within a molten resin passage extending from a resin final meeting position of a multi-layer and multiple die up to a die orifice, the rich part is filled with the multi-layer and multiple molten resin and the same is extruded rapidly through the die orifice. CONSTITUTION:A multi-layer and multiple resin rich part 20 is formed between the tip 9 of a large diametral part of a mandrel and an orifice 3 of a die and between an external circumferential circumferential surface 18 of a core supporting shaft and an inner circumferential surface 19 of a die block. As the multi-layer and multiple molten resin rich part 20 is formed, accumulation of multi-layer and multiple resin is performed under a state where a delivery through each extrusion machine, in other words, a thickness ratio corresponding to a preset thickness ratio of a final vessel is maintained and a thickness distribution in a peripheral direction of each resin layer is held uniformly. Pressing force is applied to the multi-layer and multiple molten resin, the same is extruded rapidly through the die orifice 3 of a predetermined dimensions while maintaining the thickness ratio of the each resin layer and uniformity of the thickness distribution in the peripheral direction and formation of molten multi-layer parison is carried out smoothly.
