Abstract

PURPOSE:To synthesize the titled compound in high yield and high selectively without using a toxic or expensive reagent, by reacting a substituted glycosyl phosphoroimidothioate with a specific hydroxyl compound under a mild condition. CONSTITUTION:A substituted glycosyl phosphoroimidothioate shown by formula I (R1 is benzyl or acetyl; R2 is phenyl, naphthyl or p-methoxyphenyl; R3 and R4 are 1-4C alkyl, benzyl or phenyl; R3 and R4 are bonded to form ethylene or triethylene) is reacted with a compound shown by the formula R5OH (R5 is 1-10C alkyl, cyclohexyl, cholesteryl, cholestanyl, 5,6-epoxycholestanyl or 1-O-methyl-2,3,4-tri-O-benzyl-alpha-D-glucose-6-yl) to give the aimed alpha-glycoside compound shown by formula II in high selectively.
