Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a pharmaceutical cytostatic agent preparation containing cyclophosphamide or ifosfamide in a closable container having a specific volume and enabling to achieve the rapid and perfect dissolution of the ingredients. CONSTITUTION: This pharmaceutical preparation contains cyclophosphamide or ifosfamide in a closable container. The volume of the container is 5-40ml, advantageously 6-20ml, for 100mg of the cyclophosphamide (anhydrous), and 2-40ml, advantageously 4-6ml, for 100mg of the ifosfamide. Therein, 100mg of the cyclophosphamide gives 2.5-20ml of the solution, and 100gm of the ifosfamide also gives 1-20ml of the solution. The method can perfectly be performed by dissolving the unit dose with a larger container in a larger volume than those of a convention al one, when the preparation of the cyclophosphamide or the ifosfamide as a cytostatic agent is prepared as an injection solution just before used.
