Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve vibration resistance and to eliminate a zero shift by adding a function which judges whether an output frequency is a vortex signal from the amplitude of the frequency. CONSTITUTION:A vortex signal from a stress detection sensor 1 passes through a filter circuit 12, etc., and is inputted to a Schmitt trigger circuit 14. Part of the output signal of the Schmitt trigger circuit 14 is converted by the F/ constant-pulse-width converting circuit 211 of an F/V converter 21 into a pulse train, which is integrated by a 1st integration circuit 212 and converted into an analog voltage proportion to a vortex frequency. This analog voltage is converted by a function generating circuit 22 into a signal of the necessary relation of the vortex signal frequency. Only when the output of a 2nd integration circuit 33 is larger than the output of the function generator 22, the output of the comparator 34 turns on a 1st switch circuit 15 and the output pulse signal of the Schmitt trigger circuit 14 is outputted as a vortex frequency signal.
