Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve quality and to cause a color tone change by kneading ceramic powder which permanently radiates far IR rays and memory effect dyestuff into a synthetic resin which is a raw material for a container and molding this synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: The ceramic powder which permanently radiates the far IR rays and the memory effect dyestuff are kneaded into polypropylene as the raw material of a cup A and the mixture is molded to a cup shape. Further, the outer peripheral surface of the cup A is printed with graphics, characters B, etc., with the same color. When drinks, such as coffee or tea, of >=60 deg.C are poured therein, the lower part A1 of the cup A bordering at the upper limit of the poured amt. is acted by the memory effect dyestuff and is decolored. This decoloration condition restores the original form of the single color over the entire part when there is no more remaining amt. of the pouring and the temp. falls. The quality of the high-temp. material poured into the container is thus accelerated and the high-temp. part is decolored and changed.
