CONSTITUTION:A resistor 22 and a switch 14 connected in series are connected in parallel with a resistor 21. A control signal in the same timing as that applied to switches 13, 15 is fed to the switch 14. Since the resistor 22 is connected in parallel with the resistor 21 at the initial setting period PH1, the period PH1 is decreased.
