Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve a conservation of a machining cost, by a method wherein a thermocouple for measuring temperature of a heater is baked by printing directly on the surface of a model base material, an insulation coating is applied on the thermocouple formed and a metal film acting as heater is baked by printing on the surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:Thermocouple materials 29 and 30 are baked by printing on the surface of a turbine blade model base material 21 made of ceramics by being patternized into a comb on the thermocouple positive side 30 and at the portion of a hot contact 31 with the negative side 29 thereof in common thereto so that the hot contact 31 of a thermocouple reaches a point at which a heat conductivity is desired to be determined. The temperature of the components can be measured with a thermometer scanning sequentially. Then, a coating material of an insulation layer 32 with a high electrically insulating property is applied on the entire surface of the base material 21 and then, nickel intended to form a heater 22 is baked by printing at a location corresponding to a temperature measuring point. To measure heat conductivity, current flows through a current adjustor 28 from a power source 34 to gauge current and voltage with an ammeter 26 and a voltmeter 27. This enables the determining of the heat conductivity by a specified formula thereby permitting the conservation of a machine cost.
