Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the structure by movably holding fixing bodies corresponding to the center glass width at both sides of an attaching plate for the upper part of a rail to which three sheets of glass are fitted and stretching the lower end to the side of the upper end of the glass to pull it to the outside of a holding plate. CONSTITUTION: Rail grooves 31-33 to which three sheets of glass 1a-1c are fitted are provided in a rail 3 of an upper case 2 to form a fitting metal tool 4 with a vertical piece 41 perpendicularly bent and a horizontal fitting piece 42 and fit a fixing body 53 to a holding plate 5 for the fixing body by fixing the fitting metal tool 4 inserted in a caulking hole 43 from below. Two fixing plates are movably fitted in a caulking fashion 54 to both sides of the holding plate 5 with the breadthwise distance of the central glass sheet 1b. Further, it is pulled outward by a spring 57 provided at the fixing piece 44 for the spring provided at the vertical piece 41 to fix the central glass sheet 1b and further anticlockwise turn the holding plate 5 around the caulked part. In this way, three sheets of glass at the center of a sliding door can be easily fixed.
