CONSTITUTION:A stationary clip 10 is fitted in the opening 12 of the roof side rail's inner panel 6 by a detention groove 10a, and its supporting flange 10c is set in contact with the lower end of the ceiling member 9. A plate clip 11 and garnish 8 are mounted on the roof side rail 4 by engaging the plate clip 11 and garnish in a single body and inserting the tip 11f of the leaf spring 11e in the supporting groove 10b of the stationary clip 10. At this time, the projected part 11g of the plate clip 11 is fitted in the opening 12 of the inner panel 6, and the stationary clip 10 is retained. Then the receptacle part 8b of the garnish 8 comes in contact with that surface of lower end part facing inward of the ceiling member 9, and thus the ceiling member 9 is pressed and fixed.
