Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify constitution of the whole bogie while promoting the contraction of the bogie in its lateral direction space by forming axle spring rubber into circular-shaped laminated rubber, in the case of an axle box supporter device using the two or more axle spring rubbers. CONSTITUTION:In case of supporting a bogie frame 3 to an axle box unit 5, respectively fixing a core metal 8 of an axle spring rubber 2 to a supporting part 7 provided extending in the longitudinal direction of the axle box unit 5, an end plate 9 of the axle spring rubber 2 is fitted to a guide 10 provided in the bogie frame 3. Each axle spring rubber 2 is constituted providing laminated rubber constituted of the core metal 8 and the end plate 9 additionally a partitioning plate 11 and rubber 12 provided between both the core metal and end plate 8, 9, being formed into conical shape in a vertical section while circular shape in a cross section. By the shape thus formed, halving the space in the lateral direction of a bogie occupied by the axle spring rubber 2 as compared with that in the past, the axle spring rubber 2 improves its mounting quality.
