その検出された各段階の充電電流又は放電電流が
流れた時間をその各段階ごとに計測し、その各計
測値のそれぞれに所定の重み付けを施して充電状
態では累積加算し放電状態では累積減算する計測
手段と、その累積結果を表示する表示手段とを備
