Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent deformation of a conductor due to processing by punching off a rectangular conductor covered with insulation as it is without removal of terminal insulation, forming the conductor narrow, and defoliating with the sleeve to the insulation left. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular conductor 2 covered with insulation 1 as it is, undergoes punching process 3, and the width of the end of conductor is formed narrow. When sleeve 4 to this punched-off insulation 1 is defoliated, the sleeve 4 is not removed completely, but defoliation is so made that the sleeve 4 is left at the end of the rectangular conductor 2. Thereby conductors 2 are arranged at a constant pitch being protected by the insulator 1 at the time of punching, so that deformation of the conductor 2 due to processing can be prevented. Because the end of rectangular conductor 2 is protected by the sleeve 4, the conductor 2 is protected from external force applied at the time of soldering, that prevents turbulence of conductor pitch and deformation of conductors 2.
