Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a desired pressure resistant performance, by a method wherein a bellows-shaped metallic bellows is used for a partition member, and a space between the parts, positioned facing each other, of a bellows cover and an opening end is liquidtightly closed. CONSTITUTION:A partition member 12 contained in a cylinder 11 is formed with a metallic bellows 20, formed such that a metallic sheet is formed in a bellows shape, and a bellows cover 21 liquidtightly welded to the free end side of the metallic bellows 20, and the fixed end of the bellows 20 is welded to a bellows fixing member 25. An inner cylinder 13, mounted in the cylinder 11 and having its lower end secured to the cylinder 11, and the bellows 20 are filled with working oil, and a gas chamber 45 between the cylinder 11 and the bellows 20 sealed with gas. This constitution increases a gas pressure, and backs up a gas pressure exerted from the outside of the belows 20 with an oil pressure on the inner surface of the bellows 20 when the bellows 20 is contracted to a given amount or more, resulting in prevention of collapse of the bellows 20.
