し、弁本体の固着部を介し対向する両側面に開口
して配管螺着用の接続ねじを有する流体の流入孔
と流出孔を設け、弁本体の一方の本体部材には固
着する側面側の中央部に突出して凸部を設け、内
部に流出孔と連設して凸部内まで延在した有底の
摺動孔を設けると共に摺動孔内周を窪ませて形成
の環状溝と連通して凸部外面に開口する連通孔を
設け、かつ弁本体の他方の本体部材には固着する
側面側に一方の本体部材の凸部を間隔を有して収
容し流体の流通路を形成可能な凹部を流入孔と連
設して窪み形成しており、一方の本体部材に有す
る摺動孔には内部に貫通の流通孔に流体を絞縮制
御する絞り孔を設けた円筒状の圧力補償スプール
を摺動自在に嵌挿し、圧力補償スプールの円筒外
面に開口する孔と摺動孔内周の環状溝とで圧力補
スプールの軸方向摺動により開口面積が変化する
可変絞り部を形成し、圧力補償スプールには絞り
孔前後の流体圧力を両側面に作用させると共に可
変絞り部の開口面積の増大方向にばね力を付与す
