１次圧力室と、 前記バルブスプールを出力液圧減圧方向に押圧
すべくバルブスプールの他端面側に形成され、フ
イードバツク回路により前記出力回路と連通され
たフイードバツク室と、 前記フイードバツク回路の途中に設けられた増
圧側オリフイスと、 前記バルブスプールの１次圧力室側端部に穿設
されたピストン摺動孔と、 該ピストン摺動孔に対して外周にクリアランス
部を形成して摺動可能に挿入され、前記ピストン
摺動孔の奥にこのクリアランス部を介して前記１
次圧力室と連通されたダンパ室を形成するダンパ
ピストンと、 該ダンパピストンをピストン摺動孔に対し突出
する方向に付勢するスプリングと、 前記バルブボデイ側に形成され、前記スプリン
グによるダンパピストンの突出方向の摺動を規制
するストツパと、を備え、 前記クリアランス部を減圧側オリフイスとして
