Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the rime used for a fixing work and to improve the reliability by compressing and deforming a bar-shaped tube of non-magnetic material and fixing a stator permanent magnet of a rotary machine by its elasticity. CONSTITUTION:Even numbers (4 pieces) of a permanent magnet 2 forming the stator magnetic field are placed on the internal perimeter wall surface of a cylindrical frame 1 of a rotary machine, and after fitting and inserting a metallic tube 3 of a non- magnetic and elastic material between permanent magnets 2 adjacently, it is pushed and pressed to the frame 1 of the rotary machine from the inside, and the stator field magnetic pole is fixed. In this manufacturing, a plurality of permanent magnets 2 are placed on the internal peripheral wall surface of the frame 1 of the rotary machine at equal intervals, and a stainless steel tube 3 having the same length as that of the permanent magnet 2 is inserted into a gap between permanent magnets 2 adjacent to each other.
