Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction of a sound quality due to a wow by synthesizing and recording a synchronizing signal to a time base compressed analog sound signal, recording it through the synchronizing signal separated from a read signal, executing the time base extension and reproducing it. CONSTITUTION:A sound signal from a microphone 10 is digitally coverted by an A/D converter 14 in accordance with a clock pulse S1 from a writing clock generator 16, time-base-compressed in accordance with a writing address from a writing address counter 28 and written to a memory 26. The voice data of the address designated by a reading address counter 30 are read, and recorded through a D/A converter 32 and an F/M modulator 28 to a disk 54. On the other hand, the signal read from the disk 54 is A/D-converted 60 through a reproducing amplifier 56 and an FM demodulator 58 in accordance with a clock pulse S'4 from a writing clock generator 80 and stored into a memory 84.
