Abstract

PURPOSE:To satisfactorily cope with a flexible state of a process controller by performing the dynamic characteristic compensation of a high degree and to facilitate the intuitive comprehension of the dynamic characteristic compensation component. CONSTITUTION:A gain multiplication signal Dn is obtained by multiplying a disturbance signal D by a gain K of a feedforward control system model. A difference arithmetic means 12 extracts a difference signal DELTADn and applies the static characteristic compensation to the signal Dn. At the same time, the signal Dn is divided into two signals and one of these two branch signals is extracted through a unit transmission function 13 which defines the gain of the feedforward control model as '1'. Then the other branch signal is subtracted from a first branch signal. Thus a dynamic characteristic compensation signal Y is obtained. In such a way, the dynamic characteristic compensation is ensured with no malformation.
