Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure the effective process control by setting optionally the independent directivity in terms of the dynamic and static characteristic compensating components of the feedforward control. CONSTITUTION:A feedforward control system consists of a 1st signal selection means 20 and a 2nd signal selection means 30. The means 20 includes two advance/delay arithmetic means 21 and 22, a higher level signal selection means 23, etc., and branches the detected disturbance signal into two parts to apply them to both means 21 and 22 for execution of the advance/delay arithmetic. Then the means 23 selects and outputs the higher one of both disturbance signals. While the means 30 includes a difference arithmetic means 31 which secures the difference of the outputs of the means 20 and converts it into a speed type signal DELTAHn, the coefficient multiplication means 32 and 33 which multiply two signals branched out of the signal DELTAHn by coefficients k1 and k2, a higher level signal selection means 34 which selects and outputs the higher one of both output signals of means 32 and 33.
