CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a reverberation adding circuit 1 which inputs the sum signal (L+R) of left and right stereophonic signals L and R and performs reverberation processing and a reverberation addition controlling circuit 2 which varies the level of the sum signal (L+R) inputted to the adding circuit 1 in inverse proportion to the level of the difference signal (L-R) between the stereophonic signals L and R. Then the level of the difference signal (L-R) is detected and the input level of the reverberation adding circuit 1 is controlled according to the level. Consequently, the reverberation addition on the playback side is automated and optimized.
