Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the mutual accurate positioning of light beams by varying the pitch of interference fringes and exposing a photosensitive material successively. CONSTITUTION:This device has a hole 72 where laser light 71 is made incident, a convex lens 81 which diffuses the laser light, a collimator lens 84 which collimates the diffused light into parallel light, a mask which sends only part of the parallel light to a hologram head 87, a device 86 having a changing function for the mask, the hologram head 87 which converges diffracted light on a fine plane area as a real image when receiving a laser plane wave, a shutter 89 which controls the passage of light from the hologram head, a stage 75 which fixes the photosensitive material 74 at the point of a spot 810 in contact and moves in two dimensions, etc. Then the photosensitive material is exposed to the interference fringes while their pitch is varied. Consequently, the mutual accurate positioning of the light beams is facilitated.
