Abstract
PURPOSE:To measure temperatures at many points stably and highly accurately, by providing a plurality of interference film filters, linking them with optical fibers and the like, and measuring the temperature at each point based on the change in characteristics of the interference film filter. CONSTITUTION:Light from a light source 1 is condensed through a lens L1 and inputted into an optical fiber 201. The light is inputted into an interference film filter 31 as a temperature sensitive part, which is formed at the tip of an optical fiber 21. The optical fiber 21 is split in a Y pattern with optical connectors C11 and C12. The light, which is reflected with the interference filter 31, is inputted into a next interference film filter 32 at the tip of an optical fiber 22 in a Y-split pattern through the optical fiber 21, the optical connector C12, an optical fiber 210 and an optical connector C21. The light, which is reflected by the interference filters 31-3n, is split through a rotating sector 4 having filters 41. The light is transduced into an electric signal through a detector 5. Specified operation is performed in a measuring means 6. Thus, the temperatures at the measuring points of the interference film filters 31-3n as temperature sensitive parts are measured.
