Abstract

PURPOSE: To display a temperature which is equal to an actual temperature of food even during a period of increasing in a refrigerator temperature at the time of defrosting operation by a method wherein a refrigerator temperature signal detected in sequence during a defrosting operation is cancelled and is not revised and stored in a memory as a sampling temperature signal. CONSTITUTION: A control circuit 21 for inputting a digital signal S11 attained from a temperature sensor 10 for sensing a refrigerator temperature and a defrosting signal S10 outputs the digital signal S11 to a memory 22 as a sampling signal S12 when the defrosting signal S10 is not inputted, and in turn cancels the digital signal S11 and does not output it as a sampling signal S12 when the defrosting signal is inputted. A calculating circuit 24 calculates a mean value of a predetermined number of sampling temperature signals revised and stored in the memory 22 except the defrosting operation and displays the mean signal to a display section 26 as a food temperature value. Then, it is possible to display a temperature which is equal to an actual temperature of food even during a defrosting operation in which a refrigerator temperature is increased.
