The computer 8 is provided with a means to form reference pulses of specified cycle based on th block pulse, a means to calculate reference pulse for a specified cycle period of the detection pulse, a means to subtract from the above calculation value the reference value corresponding to a reference rotational speed, and a means to convert the result of the subtraction into BCD codes, and the output of this conversion means is input into an indicator to indicate digitally deviation of rotational speeds in %.
