Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of cutting refuses by installing a split metal pattern for formation which has an edge to contact to a groove formed at the connection between cells beforehand, and injecting a thermal plastic synthetic resin to the split metal pattern after the pattern is attached. CONSTITUTION:A groove 5 is formed beforehand at a connection 4 between cells which is formed by welding both electrode poles 3 of a positive electrode group and a negative electrode group neighboring through a partition wall 2 with a cutting 1 of an electrolyte jar. After that, a split metal pattern 9 with an edge 6 to contact with the groove 5 is installed, and the edge 6 is pressed to attach to the groove 5. Then, a thermal plastic synthetic resin such as polypropylene 11 is injected to the split metal pattern 9 from its opening groove 10 to form a coverage body 12. In such a composition, the edge 6 of the split metal pattern 9 never cuts off the connection when the split metal pattern 9 for formation is installed to the connection, and the generation of cutting refuses is prevented.
