Abstract
PURPOSE:To use a superconductive material with the high superconductivity critical temperature Tc under more advantageous conditions by providing a superconductive material layer formed at the temperature higher than the Tc of the superconductive material on the inner surface of a cylinder made of a material with the thermal expansion coefficient larger than that of a specific oxide superconductive material. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive material layer 2 is formed at the temperature higher than the superconductivity critical temperature of the superconductive material on the inner surface of a cylinder made of a material having the thermal expansion coefficient larger than that of the perovskite or pseudo perovskite composite oxide superconductive material with the composition expressed by the formula I. In the formula I, A is selected among elements of groups IIa, IIIa in the periodic table, B is selected among elements of groups IIa, IIIa including A, C is selected among elements of groups Ib-IIIb, VIIIa in the periodic table, D is oxygen, 0<w-y<=1, and 1<=z<=5. This superconductive material can be used at the high Tc.
