Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase an information density, by converting the first video signal from a movie film by means of a 2-3 pull-down as for two kinds of video signals and a sound signal and recording it on one and the same track together with a second video signal and voice signal related to the frame. CONSTITUTION:On the same track, the two kinds of video signals and the voice signal are recorded. A first video signal is a signal in which the one frame is converted to the 2 fields of the video signal or below from the movie film by means of the 2-3 pull-down and the second signal is an information signal which is recorded onto a point corresponding to the one field of the first signal in the same frame of the movie film and, simultaneously, has contents related to the first video signal to some extent. At the time of reproduc ing both video signals and the sound signal, the first video signal is recorded in a signal shape made into the series of videos by being written and read to field memories equipped at a reproducing device side according to a pre scribed method.
