Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent pulsation flow, and also prevent a bored wall from being damaged in their stability by attaching discharge members consisting of a porous body to the lower part of a discharge pipe, and permitting compressed air to be spouted in the discharge pipe through the discharge member of the porous body. CONSTITUTION: A discharge member 6 consisting of a porous body is secured at a plurality of desired positions on the lower part of a cylindrical discharge pipe 3 in a drilling machine A. A compressed air chamber 15 is formed in a manner surrounding the circumference of the discharge member 6, and compressed air is sent from a force feeding pipe 16 to be introduced in the compressed air chamber 15 through a check valve 17. Compressed air passes through the discharge member 6, and is spouted in the discharge pipe 3 in the form of fine bubbles. The fine bubbles allow an ascending current to have viscosity, thereby rendering slime transportation effective.
