Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A release valve 11A normally receiving a force in the direction of the arrow 21 caused for example with a spring closes an outlet 11B. The force of the spring is set such that the release valve 11A opens in the direction of the arrow 22 when internal pressure of arced gas produced when an arc at the time of opening between a movable contact point 6A and fixed contact point 8A is drawn to a metallic arc extinguishing plate 13 and extinguished reaches an appropriate value.
