Abstract

PURPOSE:To exactly control the temp. of a reaction liquid by using a temp. sensor provided to a stationary holding member of a reaction table and detecting the temp. of the liquid in a measuring tube analogous to the reaction liquid in a reaction tube. CONSTITUTION:An annular material 26 is rotated forward, rotated backward and held still by a driving device 22 and the reaction liquid in the reaction tube 30 housed in a housing seat 28 is automatically analyzed. The quantity of heat from a heating element 38 is transferred from the base 34 of the material 26 and the air layer of a spacing 36 directly to the tube 30 and a temp. measuring tube 52 to heat the tubes simultaneously under the same condition. The temp. of the liquid in the tube 52 is, therefore, heated to substantially the same temp. as the temp. of the reaction liquid. Since the temp. control by the temp. sensor in the tube 52 is executable in a static state, the exact temp. control is enabled.
