CONSTITUTION:A test signal generating circuit 9 is controlled by a microcomputer 8 and its output signal becomes a measured pattern via a D/A converter 10 and a video signal processing circuit 11, 15. Sets of pickups 1 are arranged on the display pattern of the screen 2 and its output signal is fed to an A/D converter 7 via an amplifier 4, a sample-and-hold circuit 5, an analog switch 6, and the measured data converted into a digital signal is fed to the microcomputer 8.
