Abstract

PURPOSE:To revise the response speed of an inverse amplifier even after the circuit layout is finished by providing a speed control MOS transistor(TR) of the same polarity as that of a P-channel MOS TR or an N-channel MOS TR so as to vary the gate potential. CONSTITUTION:The drain of a speed control MOS TR 1 is connected to the source of a P-channel MOS TR 2, the source is connected to a power potential VDD and the gate is connected to receive a control signal CONT respectively. In bringing the control signal CONT to the potential V1, the leading time of the output depends on the channel resistor of the speed control MOS TR 1 and the P-channel MOS TR 2. The potential of the control signal CONT is varied in this way to change the channel resistor of the speed control MOS TR 1 thereby varying the speed between the input and output.
