Further, chamfering 15 is conducted to the end portion of the shaft 9. Subsequently, the shaft 9 is inserted in the through hole 13. Thus, there is no step portion at the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 9, so that surface pressure applied to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 9 and the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 13 are kept from being increased extremely.
