【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、昭和57年2月25日提出の実用新案
登録願「御握り」を活用する為になされたもの
で、米飯等の可食体に具形成の為の窪みと貫通孔
を一体連成して成型する構造の、可食体成型器に
関するものである。

なり又、初めの一口めから米飯と具を同時に味わ
う事が困難であり又、米飯と具が離脱して零れ易
くて喫食しにくく又、具が主に梅干や魚介類等の
固型物であり、内容される具が限定されてメニユ
ー構成が乏しかつた。

4′と突起軸5を着脱出来る構造にして従来の普
通形状の窪み部を成形しない可食体をも成型出来
る兼用型構造としても実施可能であり又、受け板
3の代わりに例えば突起4′と突起軸通し孔6を
単数個若しくは複数個連成した構造の受け板3″,
3を枠体2に形成した抜型用欠損部7若しくは
中空部に納入、装着して押し蓋1,1′,1″で加
圧成型する手段を用いても、又突起軸5に突起1
1を嵌め込む構造の着脱自在に形成出来る構成に
して、突起11部の交換に依り色々の形状の窪み
部を容易に形成出来る方法の手段を用いても実施
可能であり、又複数の突起4と突起軸5を形成し

6を形成した受け板13若しくは、底付き枠体9
に複数の突起4′を形成した手段を用いて可食体
部に多区分化された具面部を成型出来る形成手段
を用いても実施可能であり、又押し蓋1と受け板
3に突起4,4′と突起軸5を突設し、可食体成
型時にそれぞれの突起軸5が合接して貫通孔を形
成する構造としても、又、回転式型盤で米飯等を
成型する構造若しくは、米飯等を型盤が両面から
挾み込んで成型する構造等の機械連続成型等の方
法手段を用いても可能であり、又、全面部に非付
着防止剤を塗布若しくは流布等の塗着手段を用い
て覆膜して、米飯等が付着して腐敗し雑菌等の繁
殖を防止する構造にしても実施可能である。

り等の可食体部外面の多面積部に可食性具面が形
成され、外面から一見で内容物が判別出来その華
麗な意匠効果が食欲をもそそる。又、可食性具が
可食体面部を挾み込む構造で成型されて、離脱し
て零れ落る事無く初めの一口めから同時に、具と
可食体を喫食出来る特性を備えさせる成型可食体
を容易に成型する事が出来る。
