Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve control accuracy by detecting the timing of solenoid current change when the movement of a valve element of an electromagnetic control valve is limited by a stopper, and obtaining a movement lag time of the valve element from the change timing and the moving timing in control target to correct a driving signal. CONSTITUTION:Brake hydraulic pressure generated by a master cylinder is supplied to each wheel cylinder through an electromagnetic hydraulic pressure control valve 18 or the like, and the solenoid 30 of the electromagnetic hydraulic pressure control valve 18 is controlled through a driving circuit 98 by an anti- skid control device 70. In this case, a timing detecting circuit 94 is attached to the driving circuit 98, thereby detecting the timing of a solenoid current change caused by limiting the movement of a valve element caused by timed- change of attraction force of the solenoid 30 by a stopper. In the control device 70, the movement lag time of the valve element is detected from the current change timing and the moving timing in control target corresponding to the current change timing, and according to the movement lag time, the duration of a driving signal is corrected.
