Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the frost damage resistance of an inorg. hardened body based on cements, etc., by melting synthetic resin filled into the pores in the hardened body by curing in an autoclave and by solidifying the resin. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic resin powder or emulsion is added to a mixture based on cements, calcareous and siliceous substances or a mixture of cements with the substances. They are mixed, molded and cured in an autoclave. The synthetic resin is filled into the pores in a formed inorg. hardened body based on the cements, etc., and the resin is melted by the curing and solidified. The synthetic resin used has a lower softening point than the curing temp. and does not decompose a the curing temp.
