Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an image having good image quality by reconstituting the image at a reference time, by collecting the projection data of an object to be examined in each angle direction and applying weighting thereto according to the time interval from the reference time to perform addition and averaging. CONSTITUTION:A radiation camera is rotated around an object to be examined two or more times to collect the projection data in each angle direction. For example, the camera stops at 64 position during one revolution to collect projection data in 64 angle directions and subsequently rotates in the reverse direction to collect the data in 64 angle directions. Now, when a reference time T1 is set to a position 1, the data in the same angle direction become same in the timewise interval from the reference time T1. Therefore, data are added by the same weighting and divided by 2 to take an average to determine the data at the reference time T1 by interpolation. By this method, the image at the reference time is reconstituted on the basis of the data after time correction to obtain a good quality image.
