Abstract
PURPOSE:To select the frequency of a range tone freely by extracting frame synchronizing pulses from a decometer, performing the frame synchronization of a PCM encoder, and inserting a signal for analog distance measurement to be sent into a word. CONSTITUTION:A signal received by a receiving antenna 1 is demodulated and amplified by a receiver 2 and sent to the decometer 4. The decometer 4 extracts a frame synchronizing signal B from the output signal (a) of the receiver 2. The signal is used for the frame synchronization of the PCM encoder 8 for telemetry. The decometer 4 separates a guidance control signal R from the received signal and outputs it. Telemetry data S is inputted to the encoder 8. The encoder 8 sends its output to a switch circuit 10. A word pulse C is outputted to the circuit 10. The output of the circuit 10 is modulated by a transmitter 11 and sent back to the ground through a transmitting antenna 12. Consequently, the frequency of a range toner is selected freely.
