Abstract

PURPOSE:To measure the discharging charge amount of respective partial discharging pulses by converting the partial discharging pulses with steep waveform into attenuating vibration pulses, detecting peak value data corresponding to the 1st wave of the attenuating vibration pulse, and storing the data. CONSTITUTION:A tuning type detection part 11 converts partial discharging pulses generated by a body 1 to be tested into attenuating vibration pulses of specific frequency after level adjustment. A peak value detection part 21 compares plural peak value data of the attenuating vibration pulses mutually in order and the peak value data value of high level between peak value data of low level is detected and held temporarily. A storage part 31 classifies the maximum peak value data by their level and the respective peak value data and their quantity are stored. A discharging charge amount calculation part 41 and a generation frequency calculation part 42 averages the stored data by classification classes and outputs them to a display device 50. Consequently, the discharging charge amounts of the partial discharging pulses are measured.
