A 2nd counting means 3 counts the number of pulses based upon the output of the 1st counting means when the same fluid as the fluid supplied to the reference weigher is passed through a weigher which needs to be corrected. A 2nd time measuring means 4 measures the pulse train generation time up to the specific pulse number with the output of the 2nd counting means 3, and an arithmetic means 5 operates the correction coefficient of the weigher to be corrected by using those value.
