Abstract
PURPOSE:To efficiently burn even a highly viscous oil by providing in an acoustic wave nozzle a resonance chamber for generating a resonance phenomenon effecting again a crushing operation to an oil gasified in a principal acoustic wave energy field of an acoustic wave nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A principal acoustic wave energy field due to injection of air to be injected is formed in a cavity 24 of an acoustic wave nozzle, and further an oil which has been heated to less than a predetermined viscosity by a heater is injected to this acoustic wave energy field. The oil is put into a gaseous state of a large concentration by an effect due to acoustic wave. A gaseous mixture formed by the thus gasified oil and injection air subsequently moves into an injection hole 29 of a nozzle cap 28, where a resonance phenomenon is induced by the existence of a resonance chamber 30. Thus, the gaseous mixture is again subjected to a crushing operation. When the gaseous mixture is ejected through ejection hole, it is put into a gasified state more positively and uniformly than the state gasified only in the acoustic wave energy field. Furthermore, on the basis of the excellent atomizing state, even a highly viscous fluid can be gasified relatively easily, and it efficiently burns rapidly and at high temperatures.
