Abstract

PURPOSE:To make handling easy and minimize the shield part for noise prevention, by attaching a seal head to a case, which can be carried by hand, and arranging a built in high frequency generating circuit in the case, which generates high frequency to be supplied to the seal head. CONSTITUTION:A power source switch 7 is turned on; a tube to be sealed is inserted between seal heads 2, 3; and the tube is pinched with the seal heads 2, 3 when a lever 4 is gripped. By gripping the lever 4, a start switch 6 is turned on; a timer circuit 11 starts operating; a high frequency generating circuit 10 is made to operate; and high frequency current is supplied to seal heads 2, 3. On the seal head 3, a wedge shaped protrusion 3a is formed, and when a tube 15 is sealed, a groove 16 is formed by the protrusion 3a. By forming this groove 16, the sealed part of the tube 15 can be easily separated when the tube 15 is pulled by hand without using scissors.
