Abstract

A flowmeter 14 delivers an electrical signal to a regulator 12 in correspondence to the flow rate in a piping 5'. A flow control valve 13 is driven by the output signal of the regulator 12 to control the flow rate of a content 3 into a filling tube 5. At this time, an electrical signal in correspondence to the pressure fluctuation detected by the pressure sensor 10 is inputted to the regulator 12 through a wiring 10'. The current from the regulator 12 to drive the flow control valve 13 fluctuates and is controlled so as to control the signal from the flowmeter 14, thus keeping the level inside a tubular web 2 more precisely at a predetermined height.
