Powder ground by another grinding machine 5 is put into a conveying line 23, and recovered by a recovering cyclone 14 after being mixed by air current in said conveying line 23. As a result, powder of an adequate mixing degree can be prepared. As a special mixer such as a paddle mixer or the like is not necessary to be provided and the grinding device can be simplified and reduced in its cost.
