Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable an efficient operation of a benzol group recovery apparatus by controlling a flow rate of absorbing oil of benzol based on a absorption factor of benzol group calculated from concentrations of benzol group in a crude yoke oven gas, a purified coke oven gas, a absorbing oil of benzol, a benzol containing absorbing oil, etc. CONSTITUTION:Concentrations of benzol group (BTX) 8, 9 in a crude coke oven gas (COG) G1 and a purified COG G2 are measured together with concentrations of BTX 10, 11 in a absorbing oil of benzol (DBO) and a benzol containing absorbing oil (BO). A theoretical equation on an absorption factor of BTX is obtained from these measured values. A rate 1 of DBO to a benzol absorption tower 20 is automatically controlled by using the aforementioned equation, so that a concentration of BTX in a purified COG comes to be a target value. On the other hand, BO is regenerated by desorbing the absorbed BTX in a benzol removal tower 30 after passing a BO heater 40, and the regenerated DBO is returned to the benzol absorption tower 20.
